Chief Development Officer of the Overlake Foundation, Vice President of Philanthropy for Overlake Medical Center & Clinics
Kari Rallo joined Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in August 2026 to lead philanthropic development for the Overlake Foundation, advancing fundraising efforts that help sustain and grow Overlake's world-class care for the community.
With a background that spans more than 20 years in philanthropy, development strategy, donor engagement and nonprofit leadership, Kari brings strengths in building philanthropic partnerships, advancing community impact and fostering a culture of generosity in support of mission-driven organizations.
Prior to joining Overlake, Kari served as vice president of development and deputy chief development officer at Seattle Children’s Foundation, where she spent 14 years advancing philanthropic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she held development leadership roles with Wesley Homes Foundation and Pacific Lutheran University, among others.
Kari holds a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree in social work and sociology from Pacific Lutheran University.
