Eric Shipley, MD

Eric Shipley, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who joined the Overlake medical staff in 2001. He currently serves as Medical Director of the Emergency Department (2016–present), President of Puget Sound Physicians (2019–present), and Chief of Staff for Overlake’s Medical Staff. He previously served as Secretary-Treasurer and Chief of Staff-Elect. Dr. Shipley also served as Medical Director for Overlake Urgent Care from 2005 to 2011 and is a former President of the Washington State Chapter of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Shipley received his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Maine Medical Center.
