Steve Schwarz

Steve Schwarz is a recently retired corporate executive with a 35+ year track record of building financial, clinical and strategic value for some of the nation’s leading innovative, healthcare-focused technology companies.

Most recently, Steve served as executive vice president of corporate development at Transcarent, a generative AI healthcare navigation platform for employers and health plans. Before that, he was senior vice president of corporate development at Livorno Health. Earlier in his career, Steve served as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development at Healthways, and held executive business development roles at 23andMe, Allscripts and Labcorp.

Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Freespira, a company that offers treatment for panic attacks and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, and Tytocare, a remote patient monitoring and telehealth enablement platform.

Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of Kline Galland Foundation, Herzl-Ner Tamid Conservative Congregation, and Cardiac Arrhythmia Research & Education (Care) Foundation.
